danumed® GastroTube (Gastrostomy Tube), ENFit®, ENSwivel®

The danumed® GastroTube is a percutaneous replacement tube for enteral long-term feeding. With inner retention balloon with high balloon stability for long application time, secure fixation and good leak tightness. The danumed® GastroTubes are available with one or two ENFit® connectors (Y-ENFit®) and in different sizes from 12 Fr to 24 Fr. The NEW OPTIMISED PRODUCT DESIGN of the danumed® GastroTube simplifies handling enormously and improves comfort for patients and users: - The innovative ENSwivel® rotating ring on all ENFit® and Y-ENFit® connectors of the danumed® GastroTubes allows effortless opening and closing of ENFit® connections. Even very tight connections can be easily released, twisting of the tubes is completely avoided. - The new 90° danuPlate, a soft, external probe retention plate, allows for kink-free positioning and an actual 90° angulation of the tube. This allows for more discretion as the probe is inconspicuous under clothing. In addition, the new 90° danuPlate is extremely easy and comfortable to use. Every danumed® GastroTube comes with convenient accessories: a pack of lubricant for easy insertion and a 10ml balloon syringe to inflate the retention balloon. The new danuClip tube clamp is available optionally, as separate product, and prevents reflux of nutrition or stomach contents.
