The measurement contains the following components: • LED in the visible spectral range as a light source • Spectrometer with fiber optics for spectroscopy (transmission ) blood samples • Optics for concentrating the light from the light source onto the blood sample and onto the spectrometer • Different filters for filtering the excitation light • Arrangement for scattered light measurement 90° • Rotating device to examine blood samples from different directions • Elevating table to measure blood samples in the longitudinal axis • Automatic control of the recording of measured values, position-resolved storage of the data/spectra. Solution will be individually adapted to the customers need.
