AVARUS Border Multiflex – designed to provide a solution for every stage of wound healing helping maintain an optimal wound healing environment.
Areas of use
AVARUS Border Multiflex can be used to manage a wide range of exuding chronic and acute wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers,* skin tears and traumatic wounds. It may also be used as part of a prophylactic therapy to help prevent skin damage caused by pressure friction and shear.*
Multiflex technology is a network of responsive hexagons designed to adapt to body shape and flex with body movement for superior conformability and stay down.
With Multiflex™ technology incorporated into the design you can be assured that the dressing responds intuitively to patient movement providing flexibility, comfort and helping reduce skin stress.
AVARUS Border Multiflex has an enhanced soft gentle silicone coverage which optimises stay down, enables the dressing to be repositioned and is atraumatic upon removal.
The dressing remains in place, even on those awkward, hard to dress areas of the body, giving quality of life back to patients by helping minimise dressing changes and releasing valuable nursing time.
