Information

Spacer®-G is the preformed spacer for hip preloaded with Gentamicin. The device includes a load-bearing structure in stainless steel, with a standard tapered stem. It’s available in 3 different head sizes (46-54-60mm) and 2 different stem lengths. Spacer®-K is the preformed spacer for knee preloaded with Gentamicin. The device is made with antibiotic loaded bone cement and it’s made of two independent articulating components. It’s available in 3 different sizes (Small, Medium, Large). Preformed, safe and reliable The use of a preformed commercial spacer, with standardized mechanical and pharmacological properties is an option which provides mechanical, biological and pharmacological safety and performance.
