Dietary supplement in double layer tablets: fast-release/slow-release. The fast release phase is formulated to promote falling asleep and contains Valerian, Griffonia (tit. 98%) in 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Vitamin B3 and B6. The slow-release phase contains Valerian, Hop, Passionflower and Melatonin and it is useful to promote physiological sleep and reduction of nocturnal awakenings. Each tablet is coated with Lavender essential oil to enhance the flavor of Valerian
