The Panadea ZIKV IgG ELISA Kit (Research Use Only) allows the qualitative detection of human serum/plasma IgG antibodies directed against the Zika Virus (ZIKV) envelope protein domain III (EDIII) in 96-well (12 x 8) format. The test is based on a patented immune complex capture principle. Cross-reactivity with antibodies elicited by other flavivirus infections is suppressed by the specificity enhancer included in the kit.
