DRESSDERM® Silicone gel sheet help with scar tissue regression and are used to treat existing scars for smoother, softer and flatter scars. The self-adhesive silicone gel films are water-repellent, air-permeable and can be easily cut to the desired size. Depending on the position, they may need to be additionally set. Silicone gel films can be used several times.
