Disposable auto-destroy syringe

This is one of our regular product: auto-destruct syringe. Unlike disposable syringe, it can only be made in three-part: plunger, barrel and gasket. Our normal capacity is 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml. In addition, we will launch a new product- 0.5ml AD syringe. You can choose any one of them. Then, here is the nozzle. In this model, the nozzle is luer lock. And you can also choose the detachable needle or needle beside the syringe when they are pack up by the individual pack. If you choose needle beside, when you use the syringe and put the needle on the nozzle, then twist, they are assembled. Both the barrel and plunger are made of medical grade PP, and there are also two materials of gasket-natural latex and latex free. Like disposable syringe, the graduation line on AD syringe is also printed by indelible ink, your private logo is available as long as the quantity is large enough. The high light of disposable AD is this design of re-use prevention feature. When you push ahead of the plunger, and activated the re-use prevention feature, you will hear an audible sound”click”. Lock plunger is in the stop position, you won’t pull up the plunger with less than 100N. To prevent more possibility of re-use condition, we can break off the push button, then it almost impossible to be used again. The individual pack of disposable AD syringe will be blister pack or poly bag. Your logo, the batch number, manufacture date and expiry date will also be show on individual pack, inner box and outer carton, but you have to provide the layout to us. And all precondition of this is that your quantity must reach up our minimum order quantity, then we can do that for you.
