Sanifyco-19 is a modular pre-assembled mobile unit in a shipping container that employs well-established Newster patented processes: frictional heat treatment , safe water treatment and medical laboratory fluid waste. It consists of a 20 ft/6 m containers that can house an NW5 or NW15 machine for the treatment of medical solid waste ; SWT safe water treatment for hospital waste water ; Ozotherapy for the treatment of lab fluid waste.A 40 ft/12 m container can contain an SWT machine for the treatment of infectious sewage water or can house a combination of technologies : NW5 for the treatment of medical solid waste and Ozotherapy for the treatment of medical laboratory fluid waste with the opportunity to use the treated water as technical water for the NW sterilizer creating a closed circuit, cutting costs and protecting the environment.. Each container is equipped with electricity and water supply connections as well as drain and exhaust pipes and guarantees start-up and operation within 24 hours of arrival. Once treated, the solid waste is no longer infectious and can be disposed of as urban waste while the wastewater can be discharged into the public sewage system .Suitable for field hospitals and emergency relief areas.SANIFICO 19 provides removal of bio-hazards from infected water (SWT); uo to 10 cubic meters of wastewater processed every hour (SWT); up to 75% reduction of solid waste initial volume and 25% of solid waste initial weight (NW5/NW15); Waste treatment capacity : 15kg/hour (NW5); 30-40kg/hour (NW15).
