About Alliance Care Technologies (ACT)
Our journey dates back to the earliest days of value-based healthcare. Dr. Bill Mohlenbrock, ACT Emeritus Chief Medical Officer, was challenged by the Head of UCSD Medical School to determine if UCSD provided value. He worked with paper, pencil and stacks of charts to identify the true indicators of quality of patient outcomes and efficiency. He consulted with Edward Deming and worked with Michael Porter to define value-based healthcare nearly 40 years ago. Today we have six proprietary algorithms that calculates value-base care by physician – patient DRG procedure. We are near releasing a new version that provides institutions with three dashboards: 1. C-Suite; 2. Department Chair; and 3) Individual Physician.
Today, the ACT team develops and deploys advanced technology and artificial intelligence solutions that solve today's most pressing healthcare challenges. ACT designs value-based healthcare solutions that enhance the patient’s experience, streamline administrative processes, manage costs, and ultimately, improve lifelong health.

ACT started its journey in Dubai through the inspiration of the Dubai Government’s vision for becoming the global leader in digital healthcare.
Our team has grown in two years from an idea to an amazing team of 17.
