Coris BioConcept is a leading expert of rapid in vitro diagnostics of human and animal infectious diseases since 1996.
Based in Belgium, the company develops, produces and markets IVD kits for respiratory, gastroenteric and blood-borne pathogens (bacteria, viruses and parasites) as well as serological assays, mainly based on the immunochromatographic technology (ICT).
Coris BioConcept was one of the first company to develop a range of assays (RESIST) for rapid detection of antibiotic resistance mechanisms. Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR) concerns is centric to Coris BioConcept R&D programs. Currently, the main AMR products are fosusing on Resistance to Carbapenems or Cephalosporine (C3G/C4G), but new ones will target other resistances soon.
This R&D expertise is also ideally suited for “on demand” development of innovative solutions, Coris BioConcept has developed several products for third parties.
Coris BioConcept is sellings its products in over 60 countries, and is looking for candidates to extend its distributor network even more.
All Coris BioConcept’s products fulfil the CE marking requirements with an ISO 13485 certification.
